The good - absolutely beautiful scenery. So quiet and peaceful. You can hike, stargaze, ride an atv if you have one, all on the thousands of acres this property offers. Starlink worked great, wide open skies. And with our passport America discount the price was unbeatable.
Mostly long term leases, but they have a small area for rentals. The lot was pretty level and easily fit us. There isn’t much space between the sites but no one was next to us while we were there. Very friendly staff.

Pull through sites with full hookups but close together, so not much privacy. Laundry room on site as well as propane service, if needed. Laundry room, restrooms, and a shower available. They also have a community room. Thousands of acres surround the ranch to explore, with plenty of trails to hike. Don’t miss the Petroglyphs! Nice ladies in the office. This is a place with dailies, weekly’s and long term. Most everyone we talked to has been there for awhile. We thought we would stay a week when we first arrived and at check-in decided to stay for a month. Great location for exploring other areas. We used it as a “home base” and explored surrounding areas. Gila Cliff Dwellings, Silver City, Rock Hound State Park & Spring Canyon, and several other places. Highly recommend. Nice people, great pricing, great location.

Two night minimum. Campground is approximately 20 minutes off Interstate 10. GPS may indicate it’s about an hour off of the interstate, but that’s not the case. The 7 mile dirt road is clearly marked with intermittent signs directing you to the ranch campground. No AT&T cell service, but the campground does have included Wi-Fi. They request no streaming as they fear it will crash their system. Sites are large enough for large RV’s and the road for large RVs is just fine. No worries there. Despite being a ranch, the sites are unfortunately close together with no privacy. They are even, flat, well groomed, and very clean sites with full hook ups. Owners are super nice and the rates are low. Although I was disappointed with the space between sites, I’m giving it a five star review because of the low rates, hospitality, full hook-ups, and cleanliness.

Because we were in an actual valley, the wind wasn't bad... The sites were nice and long with gravel bases, the shower/bath house was very clean, and there were miles of places to walk... DON'T miss the petroglyphs as they are only a few hundred feet south of the main entrance.... Overall a great experience so we're planning another week there in 2020 to find more rocks (FYI - wife brought home over 250 lbs worth so no issues taking what you can find)...
