Located just a couple of miles from the center of Douglas, less than 5 miles to the Mexico border crossing, and tucked inside a gated community, Hidden Treasures is an excellent spot to park for a night or months at a time.
This RV park is a work-in-progress though. Bath and laundry facilities are under construction. There are no recreational facilities , no community building, no office, etc. Frankly, those things are not needed if you are self-contained.
All sites are full hook-up with 30 and 50 amp power. The roads and sites are crushed stone. Sites are large with a mix of pull-through and back-in. No picnic tables at the sites.
The owner lives on-site and there is an on-site manager. The manager stays on top of things and seems to run a tight ship. Super friendly management.
We stayed a month and will definitely return if we find ourselves in Douglas in the future.
