Roads are paved and plenty wide for turning and maneuvering even our big 42ft 5th wheel. Sites are flat, level cement pads large enough to back in with plenty of space in front and on the side to park. Grass surrounding the sites was well manicured. The whole park is clean and tidy.
There were lots of kids when we stayed (last few days of summer) but that's a good sign for us since we have little kids. We enjoyed the pool and the trampoline.
Location isn't right next to very much but it's just a short drive to a Meijer grocery store and we found plenty of fun things to do within a 30-45 minute drive.
We love Sun RV resorts. They're always some of our favorite stays!

Pool And snack shop were open but nothing else due to CoVid. ( oh, so were showers and laundry room). Really needed the pool as there is NO shade. Just a few shaded sites that the year after year seasonals nab. Real hot even with low humidity. Bring a shade tent with you.
Got fairly good AT&T cell & data. The hot spot would have been great. But Shouldn’t have to do that for $70/nite. Internet should work. Everything else was very orderly and clean looking.
A lot of kids on bikes, scooters, and hover boards so have to be real careful but speed limit is 10MPH. (Shouldn’t squash em too bad). Can hear highway near by (131) at night.
Like I said worth the $35using PA

We make this camground our destination on the major holidays. They will be full but there is no rowdiness. Depending on the sites you have a view of wooded areas or water features. I would highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a good experience.
Large parking lot makes check-in very easy. RV and vehicle parking is on a concrete slab. Sites are large with a fire ring.
