We should've left the second they told me they gave our sites away, but we had drove over an hour to get there. Too many things to list went wrong...its unbelievable! I've also given them MONTHS to refund my credit card, as they promised repeatedly & still after dozens of calls& unfulfilled promises, NOTHING. Save your time. Your patience. And your money...CAMP SOMEWHERE ELSE
Several customers are having the same issues, some are filing legal actions. CAMPERS BEWARE
The owner threw rocks at the geese and ordered his dog to attack them while they scurried their multiple families of babies across the pond..."because they sh*t everywhere!" he yelled to us...Completely Unbelievable behavior!!!! (The geese were never a nuisance or an issue in any way at all)
**no fire pit rings, no wifi and no tables as advertised.**
They continue to blame a 3rd party service for everyone's unfortunate experiences, but I've spoken to them personally and they still don't follow through with ANY of their promises to reconcile the experience

We did not use the pool but it looks well kept.

The campground was quiet but you can hear the highway noise which was a bit of a downer. The concrete pads are nice and no leveling was required but there aren't a lot of trees around.
The grounds were clean and well maintained, the pool looked nice and inviting but we didn't try it. They also have a nice fenced in dog park.

Stayed one night on 7/16/20. Sites were on concrete pads and nicely spaced out. No picnic tables. There was only one shower stall for the entire campground. Pool looked nice but did not try it out. A worker came by our site with a gas powered grass trimmer and spent a lot of time trimming the grass around our concrete pad. Very loud with obnoxious exhaust fumes. Then he left all the grass clippings on our pad. Management refused to give us the 10% discount code advertised on their website. They said they “were unaware of it”, even though I showed them. All in all, the worst value I have ever received at a campground.

This resort said they would refund our money when we had to cancel due to a change in our job situation during Covid this past summer. But then they changed their minds and charged our credit card anyway. The manager told us it wasn't their fault that they hired a bad management company in the past and that they had bills to pay and that was the way it was. Do NOT waste your money. Go anywhere else. There is a nice KOA near here as well as a State Park. We stay at RV resorts all over and have never been treated so badly. The woman who is in charge is named Shelley. She is horrible.

“Strict cancellation policy, zero refund, even with death of immediate family member—”
noted 6/30/2021
We were scheduled for July 4th weekend when my father-in-law unexpectedly passed. Upon initial phone call to the office, we were verbally told there was potential for our money back due to the extreme circumstances. We then never received a call back. It took us calling numerous times to finally receive the answer, “We can offer you a credit to be used AFTER Labor Day this year, and we can’t give you your money back as we are not certain to rebook your site.” The utter lack of caring in both the verbal response as well as the lack of follow up phone call is extremely disappointing. Yes, we agreed up front to pay 100% of the fees and there was zero refund if cancelled under 14 days, but policies can be waived under extreme circumstances----it is unfortunate they refused to do so. Interestingly enough, the site we cancelled has now been re-booked according to their website…still no offer of refund. Shameful.
