Healdton Municipal Lake

We were on a long trip and pulled in here just for the night. The RV Park is right on the lake with terrific views, but thats about it. The electric posts were extremely unsafe with loose or missing covers, some just lying on the ground. Even the face panel behind the breakers were unsecured on some posts. It was quite disturbing. The “restroom” had so much water standing outside I would need boots just to get to the door. The women’s room was padlocked shut. The drive was extremely rutted and we had to be very careful we didn’t bottom out. The trees along the drive were untrimmed and it was impossible not to hit the branches. The hosts were very nice, but this park needs to be completely closed down and renovated.
