Hay Lake Campground

Off the beaten path 110 miles north of the Alaska Highway in the Northwest Territories. Small First Nations Community Campground situated on a small lake. Beautiful scenery all around with abundant wildlife. Walking/ATV trail that goes around the lake starts at the Campground. Sites are of all sizes on grass or gravel. We had no issue parking our 38' Class A along one of the 2 waterfront sites. Garbage dumpster available in park as well a dump station HOWEVER the sewer pipe connection is over a foot off the ground making it difficult to use. Drinking water available on site however only in small quantites. If need to fill RV use filling station in town for small fee. Amazing cellular signal here. 4bars LTE on both my Verizon and T-Mobile phones. Don't forget to go check out town, the locals are very friendly and have amazing handmade crafts available for sale.
