Hattie Sherwood Park

We choose #8, not very level but long enough for our 26', 30 amp, gravel/dirt, Verizon 4G. This park is wooded and mostly quiet (till a large family group with 5 sites came in and had a great time! Happy for them!) This is a simple, no frills campground. Self check-in so we never saw anyone working there. It's an easy walk down to see the lake. Green Lake is a beautiful, expensive little town with no lake access as it's all owned by the rich.

This was a one night stop on the way.
No issues getting a site at this little campground during the week in July.
Nice facilities restroom and showers.
Besides the birds a very quiet place.
To check in just call or text caretaker.
This is to make sure you don’t pick a spot that has a reservation coming up.
Nice lake across the street with little swimming area.
Boat launch and fishing is possible too.
The spots are spacious enough, but it is a small property in a residential area. They are also not leveled, but good enough.
