Overall Rating
This campsite was easy to get to with our popup camper, but we also saw full size rigs. Rates are 5 for primitive and 20 for electric/water hookup, just honor system with a cash box. West side is up on the hill and totally open. Beautiful view but exposed to the wind. East side is wooded and has plenty of nice spots. Apparently gets very busy in the summer. We camped end of October and the showers/bathrooms were locked for winter, with no other facilities within a 15 minute drive. Sportsman's Hut has camping supplies, propane, and family dinner Thursday-Saturday!

Overall Rating
Only about 10 minutes off I-35. Flat gravel pads, each site has a grill, a fire pit, a picnic table and water. Hard to believe it was free!
