Enjoyed our one night stay. Escorted to site, purchased propane and went swimming on a hot day. No complaints, new owners really care.

The campground itself is really run down however, as others have noted, they have new owners & are making improvements. Not all sites have sewer hookups & not all have 50amp. Sites are fairly level & fair amount of shade. Spacing is pretty tight. Our site was a pull-thru with the next site right up against ours. Fortunately, the sites are setup to where the drivers side of each rig face each other instead of the door side. They have to haul water into the campground & therefore, have a policy of not allowing washer/dryer use in your rig. Sadly, this policy is not posted on any site, including KOA, & only becomes known after check-in.
The staff is AWESOME! Due to a family emergency we had to depart a day early. As I was hooking up our toad a staff member came up to me to ask what was wrong as we were leaving early. When we informed the office that we were leaving & why they expressed their concern for our family & even credited back our final night fee even though we were leaving over 5+ hours after check-out time.

2 years ago they may have been in transition with new owners, pretty run down. This trip I can see the improvements; camp sites, tables, shade structures, pool area chairs, play ground, dog run. Pool is clean, bathrooms are very clean. It's quiet, close to Little Big Horn Mt, Wyoming/S. Dakota. Way cheaper than Billings KOA $100... We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed overnight and the campground was good for our stay. The campground is about a mile from I-90 so traffic noise was low. Restrooms and showers were clean although the women’s shower ran slow. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We came in during a very busy week/weekend, (the town’s Little Bighorn Days Festival), without a reservation because our Plan A spot was flooded. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our stay. The new owners are working hard to give great customer service and make everyone’s stay pleasant. This KOA is a perfect location for visiting the Little Bighorn National Battlefield. We were also lucky enough to catch the Little Bighorn reenactment, which was a great experience. The park itself nice, all pull through sites. A bit pricey. My sense is that it will only get better with time, with the new owners. We had a lot of rain, and the park could use gravel to build up the roads. Everyone seemed to have dogs, and the enclosed dog park could be bigger. Not a lot of kids, mainly retired folks. No complaints, just observations. Appreciate the help during our unexpected stay!

Full hook up, pull through sites. Staff could not be friendlier. Park is whisper quiet well off all roads. Only negative is that the price seems a bit high for what is here. Good place for stopping over!

We ended up here because the place we were going to camp at was flooded out so we needed to find somewhere else on our route. There were other options but we went with this one because it was a KOA and had a pool and hot tub for us relax in so we paid up and stayed here. They charged us an extra $7 per kid on top of the nightly rate and once we got set up we went and looked around and it was a joke! The pool was closed off, half empty and green. The hot tub was closed off, the gazebo was roped off. There were no amenities. I would have rated this higher if it were listed as a normal campsite and wasn’t so expensive but this is not what the website makes it out to be. The wood bundles are $7 ea and it lasted a whole 10 minutes burning. We barely had enough time to roast hot dogs. We sent the kids inside the store to grab some paper towels as we ran out and a small roll of paper towels was $5! Where our campsite was (back by the wood wall, we were hoping it would help with the wind) was under a couple big trees and first thing in the morning it was filled with birds pooping everywhere so be prepared for that or pick a tent site on the same row as the little log cabins. This is right off the road too so there’s a bit of noise from that too.

I did not find the 2 KOA workers I dealt with very friendly nor glad that I was there.
Bathrooms were clean.
I tented, and paid $28.
I did not have reservation, I called last minute and arrived around 9pm.
