Yes, we fished at Lower Bowns Reservoir, about 45 minutes away. Caught some rainbow trout, including an 18-incher. We tried to reach the 70 or so alpine lakes Boulder Mountain is known for, but gave up after hours of trying to navigate very rough dirt roads. Plus they were all at 10,000 feet, which is headache territory for me. If you’re up for it, Blind Lake with it’s one-mile hike in looks good in photos.
