I pulled in with my 45' 5th wheel and had plenty of room. Was able to get set up fast. Was able to watch TV with T-mobile coverage.

We arrived in the dark. The first night is free, $12.50 per night paid to city hall.or local police department. Its on the highway, but we slept through any traffic. Full hook'ups. Lots if sand spurs and goat heads, so beware.

The things that made my dog limp were some type of spurs on the ground. They hurt like heck when you step on them, so if your dog has booties put them on. The neighborhood was actually very low key, mostly closed shops. There were a ton of stores close by and I stayed the whole 4 days. Internet was excellent with T-Mobile. Downloaded a ton of series and movies.

The first night is free and after that it's $15 per night. I'm thinking I may donate my 3 days for the next couple of ppl that stay here. TBD. There are dogs barking at every corner and all I can do is hope that they are secured.
A video review will be on my YouTube channel LadaSway soon.
Full hookup but I would only stop for the day to fill up, dump and recharge.

Most are pull through sites. Friendly for any sized rig. Right off the road, but I didn’t notice much noise.

Can’t complain too much here. Not the fanciest rv park in the world, but it does the job! Stayed here one night on the way out of Texas. Arrived around 8:15PM and there were plenty of spaces left. About half were pull through sites.
Be sure to check the power on your spot before settling in as some of the power boxes do not seem to have power to them.
I called the town ahead of time to let them know I would be staying, whic I would recommend, although it is not necessary. The lady on the phone said sometimes the police come by and check on the lot and may ask questions if they see someone new so I gave her my information ahead of time.
Overall great experience for a one night stay! Would stay again if I was in the area.

It's raining and in spite of the hardpack gravel, there is mud everywhere. There is an old truck tire in one spot. Its 1:05 a.m. and the north neighbor has a spotlight which seems to be inside his garage pointed directly at me. Additionaly music, full blast, continues from this idiot. Earlier some one or people were howling, yes the people, delibertly to antagonize a dog and make it howl. So sad... Wont be staying i.e. paying.

Stayed here on November 20, 2020. Great value. Water, power, and a level place to park my RV for $0. Can't beat that. Only downside is the noise from the adjacent Main Street, which carries quite a lot of truck traffic; at least it did the one night that we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

I called city hall to ask if we could stay the night and they said, ‘sure!’ I didn’t ask about staying longer. The sign out front says ‘free the first night, $12.50 after that.’ There are about 8 sites, and there were 3 long term RVers when we pulled up. We only used the electric (30/15a), but the water worked and there was a sewer hookup. The area is a mix of dirt, grass and concrete. Not very level. Great Verizon. We did not explore the town because of the pandemic at the time, but there is at least a gas station. Not all sites appear to have working hookups, but ours did. Daytime traffic, but none at night.
