Arrived at dinner time. Water was heat taped for weather. Out site was easy to get into but some were tight. Someone’s yapping dogs kept us up all night; our fault - we didn’t let management know.

This is a park crammed full - inch to inch with long term renters. Our site no sewer available. No on site bathrooms, and you’re crammed in like a sardine can. In addition, we were met by a gal with a huge attitude. We were told when making our reservation to go to site 14 - which we did on arrival. This gal drives up and gives me a ton of attitude - then tell ls me to go to #14!? All for a premium price (for this). Go figure! We’ll never go back and advise folks to do the same.

Worked for a night but it's a crowded park. We paid $55 for only electricity. Customer service was good as he showed us two options available. The one selected worked for Starlink.

Cute little campground in the pines of of Flagstaff. Very convenient access. Bob, who checked us in was super nice. Site was pretty level and had full hook ups. Lots of hiking trails right from campground. RVs only as no bathrooms. Much nicer and less expensive than the KOA in Flagstaff. Will definitely camp here again.

Love that your not going to see peoples LIVES strung out in the park. There are residents, but the sites are kept really well. You back up to a park and have instant access to trails galore.
Amenities were great.
I would totally go back!
Site manager was awesome also. She takes you via a cart to site. Shows you around. Is very clear on the do's and don'ts. And they are totally reasonable.... So I had a wonderful brief time there. Would totally go back.

Since we were here during winter there was no laundry facility available but there is a great laundromat not too far away (Supermat Laundromat). Not the cheapest but definitely the cleanest, nicest laundromat I have ever used. We had no problems getting into or out of our site. There were no shower or bathrooms available while we were here either but we didn't need them anyway. There is hiking right out of the park and more right down the street. Grocery shopping is close by (Safeway) as well as the Flagstaff Mall. Overall, we find this park convenient and comfortable and we would stay here again.

Two miles from I-40 and right off US Highway 89, this park is great for an overnight or as a base to explore all that Flagstaff has to offer. Bob was very friendly and helpful during the reservation and arrival processes. The park has centrally located dumpsters for both trash and recycles. All utilities worked well. Sites are close together, mostly level and are gravel/dirt. Each site has a picnic table. There is road noise from Highway 89, but we did not find it bothersome. We would stay here again, especially if in need for hook-ups after a stint of boondocking in the many National Forest Service areas near Flagstaff.

Came here due to proximity to Flagstaff and a favorable recent review. After I paid, was informed that there is no restroom and no showers! I had assumed that they had both, as they had a laundry. the sites were dirt, but very level and the area was quiet. Check in was easy, and the staff was friendly.
