We didn't drive all the way in where the campground technically is but turned left (instead of right) into a little secluded campsite at 40.79996, -109.46305. It's nicely tucked away in the trees. We had absolutely no neighbors! Our spot was pretty level too.
There was a bit of ATV traffic on the weekends but it's to be expected and everyone was respectful. Because we were off the path to the main campground, we heard every single ATV that passed through. But still worth the location we were at.
The terrain was dirt and grass. And it can get muddy in certain areas if it rains. It pretty much rained during our entire stay but it made for a cozy environment.

Found deer, elk, and grizzly tracks within 500 ft of our camp spot. Great place with no other campers to let the kids and dogs run around without any worry. I highly recommend this place for a few days. Nothing better than the smell of the pines. We did some 4wheeling in our Jeep on some fun moderate trails within 10 minutes of camp.

Further down the dirt road gets a bit steeper than we will willing to tow our travel trailer. Many of the sites aren't very level, another reason we opted for the big flat field. Found a little bit of broken glass, but otherwise clean. Our Verizon hotspot worked with our booster turned on, but not without it.
