Typical state campground with gravel camp pads and electric service located on a gentle slope overlooking the lake. Some campsites have full hookups. Lots of trees. Typical state campground with gravel camp pads and electric service located on a gentle slope overlooking the lake. Some campsites have full hookups. Lots of trees. The size of the sites range from average to quite spacious.
The two shower houses each have male and female sections with toilets and sinks on one end and four private rooms with showers on the other end.
TV reception was poor, but I did have good AT&T cell service. Good hiking trails and many fishing spots around the lake.

This is an electric only campsite with a water hydrant four feet away. This site overlooks the lake and you get beautiful sunsets

Lovely state park! 50 amp FHU's, gravel sites with some shade. No WiFi, decent satellite & telephone. Nice lake view from most all the sites. Nice biking/hiking trails, lots of birds, deer, fish! Not much to do in the nearby town of Creston. If you are looking for a nice park, away from the hustle and bustle of cities, this is y... more

Not much to do in the nearby town of Creston. If you are looking for a nice park, away from the hustle and bustle of cities, this is your park! We would definitely return here!
