Last minute decision for 1 night while the bride and I went to a show in downtown Phoenix. Light rail is very close and inexpensive as compared to parking in the downtown area. Price of the light rail was great until this newbie got off at the wrong stop... add $30.00 for the pedicab and yes you pay for your mistakes.
Site was small but level and there were a lot of cars on the access road. Site had 30 and 50 amp receptacles. Didn't hook up any thing else. Quite night and morning which surprised me with this urban location. Only heard 1 airplane after we got settled.

Overall Rating
After a reservation glitch at Roadrunner Lake Resort a couple miles away, the owner at Green Acres was very hospitable after office hours to accommodate my dilemma. The park is small, suburban located, but very well maintained and good access to major highways and MLB Spring Training Facilities. Economical as well, with full hookups. Good for short stays - especially in a pinch!
