We pulled in of hiway 1806 ( trivia question what does road 1806 stand for? Road 1804 is on the other side of the Missouri river) around 6 pm and were greeted by the host as he mowed the lawn. We are dry camping tonight so he told us where we could park. Wide open grass area and trees and picnic table and fire pit with no other rigs around us with views of the river. We sat by the river to watch the sunset. Host said the potable water is delicious and showed us where the hand pumps were. Very lovely spot for a short overnite stop on a cool breezy Aug evening.
