Most of the spaces are small will only accommodate a small Rv or tent. The spaces are not well maintained. There were some less than desirable people in a couple of spaces. This lake has a lot of dead trees sticking up out of the water next to the campground. There are five other campgrounds on Baker Lake which is about 5 miles up the road.

Quiet campground overall. Some road noise. No Verizon and limited AT&T.
Mostly fishing going on here but more trash than you’d like to see. Especially since there are trash cans all over the place.

We stayed here on 10/7/2019. It is primitive camping with no hookups, but the price ($7/day) couldn’t be beat to pretty much have the place to ourselves. As mentioned before the sites for larger rigs are to the left as you enter the park. It is fairly easy in and out but we wouldn't recommend a rig much larger than us (37' class A) since there is no loop to turn around. We had to unhook our Jeep so we could turn around.
It rained the entire time we were there but it is a magical forest feeling since many of the tress are covered in moss.

Great location, right on the water. I would give this the highest of stars if there was better access to the water from the campsite. A lot of blackberry and plant overgrowth , but there are trails through it to the water from most campsites. But all-in-all? A great place to stay and relax. Have 2 bars of Verizon without my signal booster, it's a little slow, but definitely doable. Photos above do well justice, no need to add my own.

There are only a couple of sites that accommodate big rigs, these are to the left as you enter the park. The road to the right is really tight and none of the campsites are large enough for a big rig.
There are trash cans and port-a-potties, but no other facilities. Several campsites are right on the river with access to the shore, although it is pretty overgrown. This seems like a popular campground for fishing.
The closest town was Concrete, but we did not go there. We thought that the campground would be convenient to North Cascades National Park, but it was a bit of a drive.
Overall a quiet and pleasant place.

Price has gone up to $10/night, from $7 for many years. Still a bargain for a great little campground!
