“Lots of Improvements, Probably new management”

Host was SUPER nice. We stayed here for a couple days as a stopover, and they were definitely working to improve the grounds (along with many visible improvements already).

The WiFi was also greatly improved from the last review (Ubiquiti gear & seemed like it throttled individual connections to provide a fair share to everyone. Zoom worked great).

Host had a vegetable communal garden available, which was a plus.

It’s not the Ritz right now, but I’m excited to see where it ends up as they keep working on it.

For longer term RVers, it is next to a business & the train tracks are across the road. We didn’t notice either during our short stay.

“Older campground in need of upgrades”

Close to the city of Colville for several grocery stores and most anything you might need. Our site was level but all sites are gravel. Very close to the road with lots of logging traffic. Train tracks and also a heavy equipment business next door so lots of constant noise. Seems to be some construction going on near the office so that was a mess with lots of stuff laying around. Stated they had free wifi but it rarely worked and was told they turn it off sometimes because people are streaming movies. The designated dog walking area is way around the other side and not convenient at all. Dogs not allowed anywhere else in the park. Would be better if they said no pets at all. The laundry and restrooms really need to be throughly cleaned and updated. But the 2 washers and dryers did work. Seemed to be mostly permanent residents in the park.
