There was an activities center (we didn't go in because it looked like there was a group inside having a get-together/potluck), playground, nice bathhouse with laundry. The bathhouse set up was the private shower and toilet combo which was super clean. There's a boat launch that is a part of of the RV park. I couldn't see us staying for an extended period of time just because there isn't a lot to do in the area. We spent one night exploring Natchitoches (which is really all you need in my opinion because other than the small downtown/historic area it's just like every other small town with your big box stores, fast-food, etc.

The concrete pad and picnic table and well-maintained lawn are all great features. The playground is really nice and our kids spent a ton of time there. We had no problem with Starlink or T-Mobile. Great launching point to visit Natchitoches. We visited at the end of January and there were not many other RVers there.
We were only there a few days but could easily have stayed longer. We will mark this campground as one to stay in again if we ever come through this way in the future!

Loved this park for so many reasons! Great park with gated community. Cement pads, picnic table, large sites that are spread apart from others in an old Pecan orchard. This park is quiet. Amenities like free laundry and great bath house!

Do not understand why there are not more Campendium rave reviews about this place as it is by far the most accommodating RV Park, and now one of our top ten when traveling South.
We are usually campers that stay in State Parks with our T@B 320CS (tear drop). This is a gated, impeccably maintained, quiet, landscaped park with lots of grass areas and huge canopy pecan trees on the Red River. Sites are super clean, everything in perfect working order on level concrete pads with picnic tables. The shower facilities are individual bathrooms with lots of room, toilet, sink, and shower with great pressure and hot water. Also use of the washers and dryers is included in your fee! (we did 3 loads). Excellent fast WiFi.
There is also a covered gazebo area to eat dinner outside the rec room which has a full service kitchen and tables in inclement weather. A perfect spot to spend the day in and around Natchitoches, Louisiana. 15min away is the The Crawfish Hole for an affordable, real boil experience (not for the faint of heart) and in the historic riverfront town of Natchitoches is Lasyones Meat Pie restaurant (locals favorite) for savory meat pies, and an amazing Gumbo for lunch. Visit the KAFFIE-FREDERICK General Mercantile....cool shop of all kinds of antiques, cast iron, toys, etc. There is a Boat Ramp and docks adjacent to the RV Park as well. Melrose Plantation is 17miles away. If you are in the area, this is the place to stay with your RV. The sites have plenty of room and the majority of campers are very big(we are always the smallest) everyone in the park is very friendly !

Prior review is right on - beautifully designed park. The signage to get to the park and within the park is excellent. Met a few other really nice campers. Great playground area. AT&T hotspot 33 down/5 up and T-Mobile 5G phone 16 down/3 up.

The grounds are clean, kid + dog friendly, restrooms and w/d indoor super clean facilities. Pat at the front is sweet as can be. The feeling of all the campers here makes it so peaceful. Wide open spaces, woodsy backdrops and mesmerizing sunrise. Super close to downtown too! We extended our stay because we liked it THAT much!
16 min from dwtn, we chose this spot because we were coming to town for Natchitoches City of Lights for Christmas and it did not disappoint, kid + adult friendly area. We even toured the city streets to find sweet magnolias movie scene that were filmed here and went and had meat pies at Laysones!
