Overall Rating
The good:
The staff is super friendly.
It's level with full hookups.
The location to downtown is fantastic.
The park decor is kitschy.
The not-so-good:
Freeway noise — it didn't bother us because we had to run the AC, but you will hear it.
The park is almost all residents — low income, and kind of shabby rigs make you feel so-so about safety.
Overall:
For one night, it hit our needs perfectly. I'd use it again in the same scenario.

Overall Rating
Fine facility only a few part time spots mostly full time residents. Close to downtown but so so so so super loud where the temporary spots are.
