This was my first time staying at a trailer park and it went very well! I called the morning of the day we’d be arriving and spoke to Ellie who booked us a spot for our 18 foot van. We arrived and Ellie was very helpful in giving us information about the facility and San Francisco.

The location is pretty good since there is a ferry that you can take into San Francisco about a 20 minute walk away. The people at the trailer park were all friendly and we felt safe. Our only complaint would be that the bathroom facilities were pretty outdated and a little dirty.

Altogether, if you’re looking to stay near San Fran, this is a good option.

Make no mistake, this is a trailer park that rents it's extra spaces to RVers passing through. Rate was $65 per night, weekly and monthly rates are available. No online booking you must call. It is a concrete lot, tucked between a busy road, a shopping center and a bird sanctuary. There are full hookups, restrooms, fairly new laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers, trash and recycling. Since it is all concrete you have to take your dog out to the road or through the bird sanctuary to do there business.

Our site was #6. It was very unlevel and had a lip forcing my husband to back in up a hill. The space was close to the road, and at the time of our stay there was road work going on so it was pretty loud. Our neighbors clearly had lived here for a long time as their RVs were very old and run down and their sites looked like they were trash collectors.

The location is pretty great. Walkable to the ferry that takes you right into San Francisco and walkable to several bus stops. We chose to drive around as we were here for San Francisco Beer Week. Only a 20 minute drive to just about everywhere we were going, city traffic permitting of course. The park is right next to a Trader Joes and BevMo and on the other side a Nordstroms and other high end shops. Two blocks away new expensive condos are being built. This area seems to be up and coming.-Written by Amy
