We arrived here after a few days of rain (Dec 3 & 31/2021 this region was hit with some rain) and by Jan 1 the road was clear (wet but clear) to get in and the entrance had a bit of a puddle. Brian, the host on duty, was super friendly and helpful getting us in an alternate route to avoid the mud.

We parked opposite the airstreams (which are so cute btw!) and it was an easy, quiet, comfortable stay. There were 5 host dogs on site. Our dog can be a bit if a grump sometimes with other dogs but she got on with the pack and we did a big group walk before dinner.

There were only 2 other couples here (renting the airstreams) so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. It’s $10 per person per night for self camp.

Showers are GREAT and bathrooms clean. They have a restaurant x bar x kitchen but I believe it was closed bc Jan 1 holiday.

Central and east to get to from the wine region.

Would stay again.
