Yes it is. We had two dogs one toy sized and one medium. Of course they have to be on a leash and you have to pick up after them. Others had dogs there also.

Technically, yes. Reality, no. Between cactus and rattlesnakes snakes we didn't feel comfortable with the dog outside at all.

Pets are allowed on-leash in the campground. Unless something has changed, pets were NOT allowed on the desert trails when we were there. That said, we did see people with dogs on the trails so I don't know how well they enforce the rules.

Yes, it is. There is no dog park and you must keep your dog on a leash. There are trails in the desert that you can take your dog on. And, please pick up his poop.

We passed on this campground because of massive cacti everywhere, stickers, and dogs not allowed on trails. Oh and then there's the snakes. We ended up at Catalina State Park, wonderful place.

We saw folks with dogs on leashes. I read others say that the goats head thorns were an issue on their paws - we pulled many from our shoes and I stepped on the ones that snuck into our travel trailer. They are like tacks!
