Restrooms and showers were accessible, clean, and well designed. I used the shower on a cool morning and appreciated the warm air, music, hot water and well designed, roomy shower stall. Best ever! Really!
Pool was beautiful and being enjoyed by a couple.
Staff was super helpful and friendly.
There are pull throughs and deluxe sites with patios, chairs and pet areas.
One of the nicest RV parks we’ve ever stayed at.

I would definitely recommend stopping through.

Back-in FHU 50 amp. All gravel.
General: Great place to stay. Clean and well maintained. Big sites! Strong connectivity. Somewhat of a bare bones park but can't beat the price, cleanliness, and site size.
Staff: Staff are very nice and helpful.
Sites: Really spacious. Bigger sites than most parks. All gravel but it is nicely pressed/tamped gravel and very well maintained.
Campground Road: Paved/gravel mix.
Campground WiFi: Worked well enough for light work when the park was empty but could not connect to work vpn.
Grounds: Clean and maintained really well.
Bathrooms/Showers: Shower stalls in an open bathroom environment.
Laundry: Good laundry facility.
Pool: Did not use.
Location: 5 min from gas and groceries. 1 hr 20 min from Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument.
Near highway: Yes. Close to highway and highway noise if that bothers you.
Near train: No.
Cell: Verizon worked best and could work on vpn and uninterrupted Zoom calls. Could also stream movies.
Cell: AT&T worked well and could work on vpn and uninterrupted Zoom calls. Could also stream movies.

Everyone working here has been beyond nice and extremely helpful. The sites here are extremely spacious. We have site 134 and it has a doggie suite just for us. It’s a fenced area for our pups. Definitely recommend this RV park.

This is our second stay here, and I must admit we're a little nostalgic because it was the first park we stayed in when we were new to RV'ing. This place is friendly, clean, sites are level, dog park is sweet. I have no notes. I don't remember how many bars we had with Verizon, but I know we didn't have to hook up Starlink.

This RV park is a nice place to stay a night or a full winter season. Check in was easy: people were pleasant and we got an escort to our spot! Our space was level and hook up was a breeze. We didn’t use the showers, but the laundry room was clean and the pool very nice. The dog parks were nice, but you can take your pups to the area behind the park if they need to run. Lots of people played on the pickle ball court. There are planned activities if you like (pool volleyball, chair yoga, ATV trips, etc. There is highway and railroad noise, so light sleepers might need to use earplugs. Overall nice experience. We’d stay again!

Our site, 604, was a gravel based pull through that was very wide and very long. Services (30/50 amp, water, sewer and cable) were to the left side. Distancing is very good for a rural park. Most sites had a Young shade tree as a privacy barrier. Each site has a table but NO fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was clean neat and tidy with a very minimal amount of dust for a desert park.
The park included wifi worked very well but we did not access the cable TV. We did not use the washrooms or showers or the pool but we checked and found them modern and clean.
There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. The resort amenities are numerous. The pool looked amazing. Pickle Ball is obviously popular. There are three dog runs including one with real grass if that’s what it takes for your dog to do it’s business. We found this park to be a very nice overnighter. We paid $60.00 per night (inc tax) and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.
