Stayed here for a couple of nights in May and Again in October on my way to and from a work camping gig in Maine. A nice little no frills community campground. Spaces are fairly close together. W/E and a dump station. No reservations accepted FCFS. Great WIFI! I think this is fairly new as I don't recall wifi access when I stopped in May. Does offer 50% discount for Passport America. Website says two recently renovated restrooms with showers, I don't know where they are? The shower I used was neglected, no sinks or mirrors and one large shower area with four shower heads. Thankfully Iwas the only one using it in October! There appears to be a few long term residents. In October a couple of campers on spots had blue tarps over them?????. It is not far off Hwy 88 so if you take a chance and it's full you can be back on the road in less than 10 minutes. It was not full in may or Oct. All in all it worked for me and I will stay again if in the area.

Stopped here on a Tues for one night on our travels to Vermont. A nice place for a quick overnight. There were a number of seasonal RVs parked in the nicest spots, on a low bluff overlooking the Susquehanna River. The RV owners seemed to be absent. Not sure if they are there on weekends only. This is a county park, there is a paved path that we saw a few joggers/walkers on. It was very quiet. No privacy between sites. Restrooms/shower house were just OK, we passed on using them.
Self-register at the entry booth, you just fill out the envelope and pay the fee in cash (no need to put a campsite number) drive on in and pick a site. They were installing wifi while we were there.
Some of the sites had water & electric. No sewer connections, but there is a dump station.

A nice city park for events and picnics, but also has lots of RV parking sites. Once you decipher the parks hieroglyphic rendering of the available types of site you are free to check out what's available. It's first-come-first-serve and there is no one to greet you. The sign for the site types is in a kiosk at the Hinkley Lane park entrance. There are also envelopes for your check (no credit card) once you get settled in. We arrived on a Saturday and there were only a few RV's on site. We had plenty of sites to choose from. We choose one adjacent to the river that had 50amp and water. There is a dump station nearby. There are some seasonal RV's on the river edge side. Some are well kept, others not so much. The town of Bainbridge is very close and the slightly larger town of Sydney is about three miles away. Sydney has more going on. I was getting download speeds in the 30-40mbps range on my T-Mobile 5G hotspot. To summarize, it's a quiet place to get off the road for a night or two, and with Passport America it's 50% off. Our $20/night was the PA rate. Easy in, easy out for larger rigs.

We stayed at General Clinton park for 5 nights. For non Passport America holders it is $30 which I think is too high. However, if you're PA it's a good deal at $15 and the regular rate keeps the park pretty empty. There are water and electric hookups literally all over the park, but there are 10 gravel pads and about 5 grass sites in what I would consider the "campground" portion of the park. The 5ish grassy sites overlook the Susquehanna River and we managed to get our 40' 5th wheel (16,000lbs) on the grass without leaving deep tracks. If it has recently rained I'd stay on the gravel - in which case there are three pads on the East end that will let a longer rig back in.
There is a great walking trail that circles the park (that gets a lot of local use) and a small playground. There is some daytime train noise (but did not note night use) and also some yipping dogs on the property to the East.
Overall, this is a lovely town park relative to the $15 PA rate, especially if you're willing to make your own site and comfortable driving on the grass.
