Question about Garland Prairie Road Dispersed Camping

We are in Flagstaff and all the Coconino forest roads are closed for the season. How about in the Kaibab forest up by Williams, are they closed now too?

In the past, we have stayed in the Kaibab NF well before forest roads in Flagstaff were open. Kaibab doesn't post their road status online like the Flagstaff district does (so helpful!). However, giving a call to the ranger station would be best for current status. They are always so helpful!
