Adequate place. I was surprised by the price. A lot more than I expected based on review here. But clean and nice clubhouse. Friendly managers and residents.

The person who answered the phone was super nice and said he would come by at some point to collect payment. No frills park but super quiet and close to everything. Great cell service for Verizon. All the utilities worked great!

Plenty of space for large fifth wheel 50+ including truck. Quiet, two amazing laundromats that also had private shower/restrooms, easy in and out. The owner is nice, and easy going. We stayed here in October 2019 for 3 nights with our Passport America discount. This little park is near A&M and the Expo Center. Since it is fall football season, Aggie home games are the main weekend clients and the park does not accept PA then. Some folks even leave there RV's here for the football season, so even though we had neighbors, there was no one there during the week. There are several residents who are in the back in sites along the perimeter and the pull thru sites are mostly the transient visitors. Excellent utilities, wifi and cell service. We peeked in at the clubhouse, which is awesome and has bowling, ping pong, air hockey, etc.! Really a cool spot! We did use laundry, which had new machines, an iron and ironing board. There were also two full bathrooms in the building that were like someone's home bathroom, one even had a bathtub. A nice plus for us full timers missing a soak in a tub. The park is quiet and we enjoyed our stay here!

This is the coolest RV Park rec room we've seen! We found Galloping Snail RV Park by chance and because, it was in the right place and available (plus it's a great name). The owner is super nice and really takes pride in his business. The rec room has video games, pool table, air hockey, ping pong, foosball, skeeball, large TV, lots of chairs, bowling lane, gym equipment, a real jukebox, and everything is rigged to play for free, no sucking quarters from your pocket. And to top it off that is a real travel trailer in there rigged up as a full kitchen. We had a great few days there.
We got a great rate with Passport America.
No recycling
Mediocre WiFi.
