Overall Rating

We were already unhooked and settled in at the Burnt Corral campground a long ways away and moved here. Burnt Corral was gorgeous but after a long bumpy road there to find no internet and chilly winds in morning and most likely evening, we pulled out.

This place is quiet and there are corrals for horses. Preference is given to horse people, but don't cross this off the list. Go in and ask.

Our site had a great fire pit by the water and we enjoyed our time here. Camp host was great too.

I reserved a spot 6 months ago. The camp host called 2 days before I was due to arrive and said I absolutely could not stay there if I didn’t have a horse. Now I am scrambling to find a spot somewhere.
