Overall Rating
40.00 for full hookup. RV host Nancy was very pleasant and accommodating. The RV park itself is somewhat run down, although the shower appears clean. Most spaces are permanent trailers. Site 34 did have nice shade but the area was sketchy. Vacant lot on one side and another vacant lot behind the RV park, back side of strip mall on the other. Heard road noise and multiple gun shots twice during the night and neighbors yelling at each other most of the morning.

Note: Unfortunately the area is run down and so is the RV park. I talked to the owners they are not permitted to update the the park, if they pull a permit for any site improvements they have to abide by Pueblo current regulations, which are not RV parks within city limits so in essence they would have to shut there doors. This has lead to the park going from an ok one night place to almost all current resident being full time travelling workers.
