N, M, and L loops are in the South section of the park. The rest of the loops are in the north section of the park. N and M loops are mostly, if not all full hookup. The L loop is water and electric hookup only. The North loops are more popular because they are closer to two paths which will take you to the beach. The North loops are smaller, so fewer campers in a loop, and maybe a bit more space per site. Also, there is a restroom/shower facility in all loops, but those restroom/showers are shared amongst fewer campers per loop in the north loops vs. the south loops. All of the loops are good, but there are a lot more campsites per loop in the south of the park vs. the north. On the other hand, there are more full hookup sites in the south than in the north. The only loops in the north with full hookups are the H and I loops. The rest are partial hookup. If I were you'd I'd determine where I wanted to camp by the hookups available on the campsite over the specific loop. Make sure you bring bikes with you, this is a huge state park and the paths to the beach are very long. It takes a long time by foot to get to the beach, but is super easy and fast by bike.
