Not much has changed since our last visit two years ago. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic.
Our site, K39, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is very reasonable for an urban park. Most sites had a vegetation barrier Each site has a table and most have a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was pretty and well manicured.
The included “Tengo” wifi internet worked very well with a log in password. We did find a few OTA TV. Satellite might be difficult because of the trees if you don’t have a portable dish. We did not use the washrooms or pay showers but we checked and found them clean and modern. There is a pathway that runs along the property and is popular with locals walking their dogs . There is a much longer trail (Fort to Fort) that begins across the bridge. It is a popular bicycle and walking trail. During the peak season, the campground rents out “peddle cars” large for adults and small for children. There is a very small store on site as well as propane sales. Within easy walking distance is the village of Fort Langley where you can find good food and convenience stores. We found this park to be a well run urban park. We paid a weekly rate $48.00 per night and we feel we received good very good value. We will be back if in the area again. Be advised, this is a very popular park and booking is allowed 365 days out.
