I called last minute to see if they had any openings for one night, the lady on the phone was super friendly and said they could accommodate us. When we got there the office was already closed for the evening, but the lady called me over to her campsite when she saw me get out to grab our envelope and explained everything (she must live there full time and was relaxing at her picnic table) I inquired about the pool and although it was locked for the evening, they unlocked it for us and told us we could swim as long as we wanted and asked us to pick it when we left (I told them our kids really wanted to swim). My only caution is to watch the electric plug in, we can't be certain, but after we stayed there our electric cord had obviously gotten too hot at some point. The breaker kept tripping when we were there but we just thought it was bc it was so hot and our ACs couldn't keep up. In hindsight, we should've known something wasn't right with that as we were watching our amps closely and they didn't seem to be going over. BUT, the people were friendly and it was an easy in and out. Good overnight stay.

Have stayed at this park before. Nice gravel, pull thru site. CLEAN baths and showers. Did I say clean? Yes! Thank you to management that keeps things in great shape. Had 4 bars with Verizon. Easy access just off interstate. Some noise from Highway.

We stayed at Fort Beale Rv Park this past weekend 3/17/23 as we explored downtown Kingman in Arizona.
The park is conviently located off the I-40 and despite being so close to the freeway, the noise level was at a minimum. Nothing you couldn’t drown out with a fan or a tv show. To be honest after staying In Some truck or rest stops overnight, the noise was hardly noticeable. If the noise bothers you, you must be a light sleeper.
They had close to 40 spots available with 20/30/50 amp hookups, water and dump stations at each spot. The sites were gravel and relatively level. They all came with a picnic table and wonderful trees for some extra shade. (It is Arizona so the trees don’t offer much but just enough) They offer daily, weekly and even monthly sites.
While they have a pool, it was closed as we are visiting in March. Not a big deal as it’s relatively windy at the moment. Their bathrooms were extremely clean, with private showers and toilets. I do know for a fact they get cleaned every day.
Laundry, wifi, and a dog run are also included. The dog run is on the smaller side so be sure to note that. Overall we score this park at a solid 9 out of 10 and definitely would stay again. It’s a small and simple park located within town but it was well worth the price for a weekend of solitude in Kingman, AZ.

We were referred here because our first choice was full. The sites are gravel FHU (the cable tv didn’t work) close together. It is well maintained with easy access to I40.

Our site, 35, was a pull through that was plenty long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is very reasonable for an urban park. Each site has a table and NON have a fire pit. Our site was flat but sloped to the left. Overall the park was well manicured.
The included wifi internet worked so so with a log in password. We used our own Verizon that worked very well. We did find plenty OTA TV. Satellite should not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or pay showers but we checked and found them clean. The off leash area is a joke. Postage stamp big.
Within easy walking distance you can find good restaurants and convenience stores. We found this park to be a well run urban RV park. We paid $50.00 and we feel we received very fair value. We will be back if in the area again. Be advised, this is a very popular park. If you can it is advisable to book in advance.

“$15 for water only!”
Reviewed 2/6/2022
We needed potable water and couldn’t find any truck stops that offered it. So we came here to see if they would let us fill our tank on our trailer. $15! Sadly we had to pay it. Just seems very steep. We didn’t dump our tanks, just water.

Very simple small no frills park. $50 includes tax, they do not offer any discounts. Nice, kind person at the front desk. Pull thru sites were spacious. The freeway noise was constant and very busy. It made it a bit uncomfortable to sit outside & difficult to sleep. Not sure if I would stay here again with that much noise.

We were lucky and got a pull through in the end.
Most of the perimeter were longer stay people.
Ate dinner at El Palacio’s. It was good but not spicy enough for us. It is only 1 mile away.
The staff was very friendly.
You do hear the road noise.

We stayed here in April of 2021. It is a nice location to use as a base to explore parts of Route 66. Staff was friendly and the park was clean. Sites are small and close together. Freeway is close, but the noise wasn't a problem. Pool wasn't heated yet and that would have been nice as it was hot. We would stay here again.
