The staff was fantastic, especially Cory. He was so helpful with getting the camper parked perfectly. I enjoyed the view. I'd definitely come again and definitely recommend. I enjoyed the complementary coffee and laundry. Easy to find with gps.

Yes, that's the amount I paid per night including a $20 fee to check in 2 hours early (includes all taxes). And, despite that outrageous nightly fee, I was still parked on the dirt. Granted the premium sites, which I had, have a nice cement pad for the picnic table but your trailer and car are still parked on dirt. Ordinarily, in California, this isn't much of an issue but given the horrendous rainstorms it was a muddy drag.
And the premium sites do seem to have a view of the ocean although many are peekaboo or just out the back. You still have to peer around your neighbors.
Given the fact that the pool is not put in yet, the price is just not worth the property. I came here specifically to get out of parking in the dirt during the rain storm so I paid four times the amount of my original state park campground fee to still park on the dirt. At least I can warn you!
On the plus side, good Wi-Fi, the bathroom facilities are brand new and the laundry is free.

Views are incredible. As of Oct ‘22, not a ton of amenities. They are still building out the park. Very quiet. Come here to relax.

Very nice, well kept campground overlooking the ocean. Nice level, wide spaces. I would pick another site, as ours (#40) had an electric box in our view. They had a nice common area with games and live music. We enjoyed Mersea's on the nearby pier. We did not make it to the lighthouse as they have limited hours. The town of Avila, which was a bike ride away, was very cute and fun to walk around.

It's a very nice RV park, but it would be much nicer if they enforced their own leash rule for the dogs. My dog and I were attacked twice while walking through the park by dogs that were off leash. Our neighbor's dog was of leash and kept coming into our site. Complaining to management had no effect on the situation. We will not return.

We enjoyed nightly campfire camaraderie around the built-in gas fire pit. We received daily texts inviting us to park events. We were able to ride our e-bikes down to the pier and into Avila beach where there were many restaurants and wine bars to choose from. We will definitely return!

Amazing campground. Most amazing view and great amenities. Free laundry facilities. Free coffee bar. Bocce Ball and did I mention the most amazing view. There are full service hook ups and tent sites available. Kayak rental available just down the hill on the pier. Hike to the lighthouse.

At $125 a night it’s crazy expensive. Their website says a 7 night minimum, but if you call them they will work with you.
The sites a good size, the only issue I saw was with large rigs the street are not rude enough to back in on one, or two or three tries. Bring your patience when parking.
Each site has a natural gas fire pit too.

“Staff Rude ”
noted 3/25/2023
We were staying at PCV down the highway a bit and wanted to just see the sites and property.
Drove in and down one row and were approached, saying our guests don’t like vehicles to drive through the park .
Very snarky
Not our style
