Only 6 sites, all large and private, quiet . Creek runs just next to camp sites. Beware of insects!

“Some What Empty For July 4th Week ”

We arrived at site 6 for one night. July 2. The water spigot was not working. The Flowing Well water might be potable, but there was no sign to indicate that. The mosquitoes were very heavy. We got good T-Mobile reception using a Winegard booster. Full bars for Verizon. One bar for T-Mobile. Given the mosquitoes, Little Bay de Noc i... more

Large campsite on the river bathrooms are pit and very clean. We would definitely come back. Campsite was large and level. Very quite site just off the pavement. 9/12/20
Zero Verizon service.

Although this campground has a limited number of spots (9, I think) they are easily accessed from Route 2, one of the two main East-West routes in Michigan's Upper Peninsula (the UP). Although this campground has a limited number of spots (9, I think) they are easily accessed from Route 2, one of the two main East-West routes in Michigan's Upper Peninsula (the UP). There are pit toilets and the sound of the water in the background helps to make it feel secluded. There is a good amount of spacing between sites and they are some of the most level that I've come across. I have a post with more photos at:
