There is a security guard standing by the front door at all times. I went up to him and asked if I could sleep overnight in my car and he immediately said yes, then asked me to write down my name, telephone number, and license plate. He was very friendly and didn't act surprised at the question.
If you are an RV, you're directed to the gravel lot to the right. If you're in a car/van, you can park anywhere. There is a security vehicle patrolling all night. I parked under a light in the gravel lot, which means I could hear the security car creeping by all the time. I recommend parking in the paved area to avoid that noise, but it wasn't so bad.
I went in to use the restroom when I arrived, but the food court was closed. They close at 2am so you should be self-contained (ie, no peeing in the parking lot) after that. The casino itself has only slot machines and is quite small.
There are two gates into/out of the parking lot. I was worried they'd be locked when the casino is closed, but they are open all night. So you can sneak out early for sunrise at Ship Rock, no problem.
There were at least 4 other RVs in the gravel area camping, not sure how many more arrived after I fell asleep.
This is in the Dine/Navajo Nation, so there aren't a lot of places to dispersed camp.
Five stars for what it is, but I'll always prefer a more wilderness location. Appreciate this option.

Free overnight parking, all they ask is a phone number in case they need to contact you. They lock they gate after closing, but guard on duty. Feel very safe here. Food is good tasting and inexpensive.

From Security to Food Servers the people were VERY friendly and helpful.
Verizon worked well and had no problem creating hotspot.
Midweek so not much noise in the parking lot. Little road noise as you are close to 64.
Recommend.

Very clean, non-smoking casino! And the people were really nice! We do but dinner at the cafe and it was okay but the cleanliness & attitudes of the people made this 5 star parking lot overnight for us.

If you're into casinos it's a nice smallish one, very clean, no smoking (yay!), with a small Cafe that serves basic Navajo dishes. Honestly, the food really wasn't great, but I still give this place 5 stars because of the parking area and the casino's hospitality.
Oh, 3 bars for Verizon Wireless. We'd stay again.
Sorry, forgot to take pictures.
