I felt compelled to write a review because of the other person’s bad review. We stayed 2 nights this weekend, arrived at 6pm on a Friday and the place was empty. EMPTY! By the end of the weekend there were a total of 5 trailers in the campground. This was a wonderful, quiet, peaceful place to camp for a weekend. Yes there are a couple ... more

I did not stay here, opted to boondock further down the road and save myself $12. Got a better site for free than I would have gotten here. Camping fees are: $12 with a MT fishing license, $18 without. And those are halved if you are over 62 years of age. Camp is wide open and typically the Big Hole Valley is pretty windy.
