The areas seem to be a long dirt access to the lake shore. The site are only 1or 2 per dirt road.
Hard to get level in 3 sites we tried.
We had no Verizon or AT&T service so we moved to a different lake.

We visited on Thursday before the Memorial Day weekend. It was crowded, but there were a few sites available. The lake was beautiful but oh my, the mosquitoes! We ended up staying only one night because they were such a nuisance.

This was a "free" BLM campsite although the previous post claimed it was $40.00 per night. No one came to us for $$. A little bit tricky finding the site so as you travel North on Utah 62, look for "Old 62 Hwy", a gravel road, to your right off of Utah-62. A little bit tricky finding the site so as you travel North on Utah 62, look for "Old 62 Hwy", a gravel road, to your right off of Utah-62. There are several roads to your right that lead down to the lake that are either for lake access or camping but we traveled on to where we saw the sign Fisherman Beach. There are two covered picnic tables with fire rings and a boat ramp (of sorts) to launch a boat/kayak etc. There's also a "Pit" toilet for one's convenience. Had Verizon 4G-1bar and was able to use the phone as a hotspot for computer use. Would stay here again with in the area.

I was blown away it was free. Road access is really good...any size rv can find a good spot. Place only had one other camper. Picnic tables. Bathroom pit toilet. Sooooooo quiet!! And the night sky clarity.....OMG!!
I did not want to leave.
People were fishing on the lake daily, am guessing they launched their boats from the really nice pay campground at the south end of the lake. It is a superb fishery for big trout!! Beautiful area....I think this is the best free campsite I have ever come across.
NOTE: Ground within 4 feet of the waters edge is soft in most places but you can still drive down close to the water and launch a kayak easily.

There were at least 20 distributed BLM sites (likely more) along the Otter Creek Reservoir visible off route 62. There were 6 other RVs in sight. Some of the dirt roads were rutty or rocky while others were better gravel roads - there were several to choose from and easy to see. The area was quiet with nice views of the Reservoir. There are no services nearby. There's no ATT or Verizon cell coverage.
