Yes it's per night. You can stay cheaper if you have a Thousand Trails membership, but you can't stay waterfront in that case. At least I don't think so, we don't have that membership right now. It's very expensive to get the waterfront sites. A better option is waterfront at Bahia Honda State Park, but that's hard to get. 😉

Unfortunately, it is per night. But, I would think you can find a better rate.
