As noted by others, friendly folks, easy access. Topped off my half empty propane tank, and got water for 15 cents per gallon (15 gallons). Went back in a couple of days to dump and get more water,and there was no extra charge for water (up to 40 gallons) when you pay to dump. Currently $15 to dump.

We just needed water here which was .15 a gallon when we stopped. You just need to estimate for the cashier. There are two dump stations, both with water and both water and the dump is locked so you'll need to run in for the key. You can bypass anyone at the dump in the back to go to the dump and water on the side, plenty of room ... more

There are two dump stations, both with water and both water and the dump is locked so you'll need to run in for the key. You can bypass anyone at the dump in the back to go to the dump and water on the side, plenty of room to pass by.
The dump at the back of the store also has bulk propane so 3 in 1 stop if you need it.

Easy approach to dump station for my class A coach. I used the dump station at the rear of the property where I can also refill my propane without moving for either service. One stop shopping! Easy approach to dump station for my class A coach. I used the dump station at the rear of the property where I can also refill my propane without moving for either service. One stop shopping! This station also offers two separate water spigots, potable and non-potable. There is a slight slope away from the dump, but easily corrected using my right side leveling jacks. (without jacks, you might consider the other dump on the west side of property) There is simply nothing to complain about at this business. I was satisfied with all services so I also went to their gas pumps and filled my tank. In back of station, they also have a new water dispenser machine for your gallon bottles at 50 cents/gal.

2 separate ones
If your access is on drivers side for a great angle use the dump behind the building on west side. When traveling east on Wickenburg Way use the second access to the station which will ensure you are approaching the dump from the right way.

The cashier told me that water is free when you pay to dump your tank.
Parking at the dump station behind the store slopes away from the dump.

Dump is $10 water is >15 per gallon. However when you go to pay for just water, you are asked "how much water did you use"? I guessed about 40 gallons as we did NOT top off our fresh water tank. So, $6.00 is what we paid. Easy in and out with a 35' 5th wheel.

We have a 42’ 5th wheel and didn’t have s problem getting on and out. For some people it may be a little stressful due to the way the parking lot is situated. Has everything you need: Dump, potable water, propane all In The same area. They also have diesel fuel. We paid $10 to dump and fill water tanks

Have dumped here a few years ago and surprised that no one has reviewed this dump station. Since then they have added another dump area. Have dumped here a few years ago and surprised that no one has reviewed this dump station.
Since then they have added another dump area. The first is located on the south end of the building next to propane refill and the other is on the west side of the building before you exit the parking lot. Both are very clean and have potable water away from dump as well as tank flush water at the dump connection.
As for the confusion, a sign is posted $15 for dump and .15 cents a gallon fresh water.
After completing my task of dumping and filling I went inside to pay not knowing what it was going to cost me and how are they going to know how much water I used . She charged me $10. ??? Did she make a mistake? Didn’t want to ask and end up costing me more, so I smiled on my way out.
