Can’t ask for a better camp host. Willie and Marie are the best I’ve seen. Called on a holiday and they answered the phone. Willie met me at the entrance and guided me into a pull through big enough for my Class A and towed F150. I stayed 4 days and they came by everyday to check on me. Laundry room available, full hook ups and plenty of room for awning. Beautiful wooded shady spot. Did I mentioned Willie and Marie ANSWERED the phone? That’s the greatest idea since Alexander Graham Bell. Answer the phone and success will follow you home. Thanks guys for one of my best experiences through Compendium.

We stayed at Farmers Branch for 2 months for a job my husband was doing. Mr Willie is so helpful and was always available whenever we needed something. The property stays clean and the dumpster gets emptied often so there is never trash overflowing. Their washer and driers work great and there is always one available when needed because this place is not overcrowded. Everyone I met staying at the park was super friendly! I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone!!

Traveling across the US from AZ to NH looking for easy off/on spots for one night stays. This is a great find.
Quiet, easy off/on I-20, very nice owners. They provide great instructions to meet them and they escort you to your site, FHU 50 amp $40 per nite cash. Not sure if they have cable or wifi we did not ask, we used hot spot off our phones.
They are wonderful country folk who have owned this land for many generations and will welcome you with open arms.
We have a 39' RV and had a pull thru spot with no issues and no neighbors! This is NOT a fancy place so if you are looking for foo foo amenities keep on driving. If you want a quiet one night stay at a reasonable rate we highly recommend this place. We would stay again for sure!

Such a Nice Experience! Easy to call for a reservation, cash or check Only! Mr. Willie Brewer met us at the entrance, easy to drive in to a pull through site with good hookups! Pretty level, lots of water pressure- bring a pressure regulator. Yes there are some long-terms here, but all-in-all, a good overnight! We would certainly stay here again!

On our way from NC to AZ and wanted a place to open up our rooftop tent that was safe. Owner- Willie was super chill from the time we called to make a reservation. He did not take payment until we got there and is cash only, but we were prepared. Our arrival time was pushed back to after dark and he was very easy going about it. He met us at the entrance to the park and guided us to our spot. We had our golden doodle with us and let him out to run around. WIllie welcomed him with open arms. To get to the park- you go down Hatten Roberts Rd, over railroad tracks and it is on the left amongst the pines. A lovely country escape, quiet night. In the office building there is a laundry area and a single bathroom that has a shower in it. There are also dumpsters out back. We would definitely stay again.
