Overall Rating

First impression. Small but very neat, clean and tidy. We stopped to fill with water and dump. 5$ fee, but chose to come back after we left to stay the night. There was availability. There are a lot of full time residents, spots available for short stays, and overnight stays. The park is older and very tight. But easily manageable. The staff is very accommodating. Overall impression is just a well kept managed park. This is laundry on site.
