I went and the highway was fine - but the notch was completely covered in several feet of snow. Some others were camping at the lookout point. If you have a small van you might find a turnout but notch was not campable for any vehicle. View looks incredible.

Yes, unless there’s been a very recent, heavy snowfall, you’re probably good to go.
