We are Escapee members. We have stayed at North Ranch numerous times. This time we would just be staying overnite in a pull thru as we were heading to Utah. In the past we have stayed multiple nights and weekly rates as well.
I called ahead and made a reservation. When we arrived and went to our site we were surprised at how unlevel the site was. There was a very visible dip toward the front of the pull thru. We could not get level no matter how we tried.
I went back to the office to see if there was another site available or the other option was allow us to back up to level and therefore be into the gravel parking area. There were no other sites available and the office agreed to let us back up into the parking area in order to get level.
Normally I would have not asked this but this site was not suited for a 5th wheel for sure due to the leveling is situation.
We are workampers and fulltimers and we have experience with assigning sites to travelers so this was a disappointment to us but we made due and we were on our way down the road first thing the next morning.
It was easy access in and out of the park.
Susan A. would use this facility again

Wonderful community with lots of activities for residents and guest campers. Met with their local ATV Group and we joined in a ride in our side-by-side to the site of the "Wickenburg Massacre" back in 1800s. Very nice group. Everyone in the Park is super friendly. Longer guest stays have a pad. Our site was gravel. Bathrooms and showers ate a little outdated but clean. Dog park offered a shady place with chairs and water for the pups. A little road noise, but not bad.
DebnSLO would use this facility again
