We really enjoyed our stay here! Our site was hidden back in the woods. It felt very private.
We even rented electric bikes here. There is a trail nearby which goes many places, including Port Angeles and into Olympic National Park.
They have an outdoor door pizza oven and made pizzas one of the nights!

All of the staff I dealt with were great!!! Sierra helped me with our reservations for our RV and my daughters (and family) group tent site (which consisted of many questions on my part and she was very patient and friendly)! Amber was very helpful at check-in with lots of information about the campground and things in the area (including the shuttle to Hurricane Ridge)! Brianna was very helpful too in providing our daughters group tent site with an extra picnic table so all 9 of us could sit together to eat! Our RV site was just perfect along with the group tent site! The campground was unique and we absolutely loved everything about it from the outside grounds with several cool wood sculptures, fixtures and games/things to do, the clubhouse (with frig, stove, oven, sink, dishes, silverware, places to sit and relax, cable TV, and several washers and dryers), the free pick veggie/herb farm, the restrooms with showers and the trail on the N/W side past the Office turnoff. Everything was kept very clean and inviting!

Lol...We had cut up a watermelon and stored it in their refrigerator. Definitely being spoiled here. I would highly recommend

This is a very well kept, sweet place to camp very nice people, very nice sites ours was extra special in that it had shrubs at the back and between our site and the one beside us. This place even had a community garden that guests could go in and clip herbs and pick vegetables out of. Great dog spaces, just a lovely place.

There are pay showers, which we saw in several spots on the trip. Bathrooms were extremely clean. Grandpa David does a great job.
Elwha dam trails leading from the park were beautiful. (The dam is gone and no longer blocks salmon from spawning; learn all about it down the road.)
We biked into Port Angeles without much issue, although the way back had a steep hill. You can rent e-bikes from the campground and not think twice about the hills. From Port Angeles, we visited Victoria, B.C. for the day on the ferry. Downtown Port Angeles is nice, too, with an outdoor shop and New Day restaurant (recommended).
The campground says you can use their garden's produce, and there's a gathering area with an outdoor sink and wood fired pizza oven. There's an indoor clubhouse where the laundry is that was being used for some gathering one night when we were here.
There were a couple busy sapsuckers and a hummingbird right at our campsite.

Friendly check in with helpful tips about the area. Super clean. Shaded which is nice for the summer. Walking trails directly next door. No trains. No road noise.

They also rent e- bikes and have a garden that they allow everyone to pick from. Just overall a great, central location, with very friendly people and a fun energy.

This is a great campground with a quirky set-up. Many of the sites marked for tents will actually hold rigs and it feels like you find little turns and campers scattered around this large campground. Run by a family, it has a very friendly atmosphere with a community garden that you can take produce from and a Wednesday pizza night. They supply all the fixings, you make a pizza and they fire it in the outdoor pizza oven. The sites are level and easily accommodate the rigs. The camp is very clean and surrounded by trees as well as a few great trails to stretch your legs. It is a easy drive into Port Angeles or into Olympic National Park.
When we decided to stay an additional night, they were full but allowed us to boondock in their back area. Check in was easy and the host went over all the nearby sites, trails and drive times. Super nice and responded quickly to questions during our stay.
