Just a nice basic spot to stay for a while. No issues. Easy checkin with a great recommendation for getting around due to the I-10 construction - would be a lot easier to leave and get to without the I-10 construction. Since behind the Camping World, the I-10 traffic noise was not a factor. Fine gravel on some type of hardpack. Early morning and evening views were nice. The best thing was the park being relatively close to son's new place!

I was hesitant to book this park since there isn't much information about it, but options seem limited in the El Paso area. As someone else stated, it's a huge gravel park, but the spots are huge and double wide. Power, water and sewer were fine. If you are in the lower numbered sites in the F, G and H rows, you will be close to the laundry and showers but also closer to the road noise. The H and I rows, sites 10-14 are closest to the dog park. The higher numbered sites are closer to the Franklin Mountains and probably have less road noise. There's a whole other section of rows A-E as well with their own laundry and restroom access.
The playground is super unsafe, so don't have your kids try it (mine did and fell off the swings). The laundry in the G row is pretty good - 4 washers ($1.50) and 4 dryers ($.25/12 minutes). They seem to have a sewer venting issue, so the laundry room smells like septic if you don't open the door. There are two bathrooms with showers in the same building. Both have super hot showers, but they are a little touchy when adjusting the temperature of the showers. Both bathrooms were pretty clean the whole time we were there, and the staff is nice and can exchange quarters for you.
I don't think they have any internet access - that didn't bother us since we have our own Starlink. For the most part, it's pretty quiet - one night, there was a bit of highway noise, but it must have been something to do with the weather making it more noticeable. All in all, it was a decent place to stay - there's a Camping World next door, and it's convenient to the I-10 and El Paso.

Sites are spacious, utilities are good, excellent in fact in comparison to many places we’ve been. Quiet. Felt safe walking my dogs after dark. Really spacious dog park which my girls really appreciated. Mountain View’s are beautiful. Can’t speak for the bathrooms, showers or laundry as I prefer to use my own facilities.

Clean gravel park with open access and wide spots. Laundry room was clean and machines operated well. Easy access to I-10. It’s a no frills park. There appears to be a daily and monthly section. We extended our stay one night with no problems. I could see this place being harsh if the west Texas wind starts to blow real hard.

The swing set in the play area is a cheap backyard model that isn’t connected to the ground.
The two bathrooms are cleaned once a day and are serviceable. Four washers and driers costs about $2.50 a load and are not HE which will use more detergent.
This is a family owned and mostly operated campground. And has a lot of long term campers. A lot of Veterans and retired folks.

Quiet, easy pull thru, and allowed us to get things we needed from Camping World. It was 27 degrees so the water spigot was frozen but we had water so that wasn’t a problem.

That being said, I felt their customer service was pretty bad. Our water froze - response - sorry we don’t know when the maintenance guy will be here. Wifi not working - response - sorry don’t know when it will be fixed. Request for a partial refund due to experience - response - we don’t do any refunds.
It’s a gravel lot with glass broken and dog poop everywhere. Wasn’t pleasant while walking the dog. We very gladly will not be back through El Paso anytime soon.

Great place to stop for a night. friendly staff, bathrooms are ok but I wouldn’t shower in them. I would stay again. We got a %10 discount for paying in cash, forgot to see if they take Good Sam’s. Another site said it use to be a KOA.
