We have a 36’ Class A with a Cherokee Trailhawk tow and stayed for just an overnight in early May. This is a small, eclectic CG and hot springs if you’re into that sort of thing. They have several private soaking pools and one larger clothing optional soaking area. The sites are gravel and spaced fairly far apart. We had a soak in a private pool. I’m not sure how hot the other soaking areas are, but I would characterize ours, the Sunset, as pleasantly warm, but not hot.
AT&T coverage was quite good, with 2-3 Bars of 5GE service and speeds up to 17 MB/s.

With that said, I found this park, and I am very glad I did!! It is what other people have stated. It is a cool, relaxed little park where people will talk to you if you want them to, and they will leave you alone if you want them to. Yes, it is a little dated, BUT the owner and a couple of workcampers work every day to improve and clear and clean the area. Yes, I wish there were more sites with electricity, and I think they add more spots as they get time. Also, the rustic authenticity is part of the charm! This leads me to my next point. Yes, there are chickens; and dove and peacocks and several other birds. I did a soak in the "duck pond" private soak at sunset (yes there are ducks below you), and all those birds were going into roost around me and I assure you that you couldn't hear the road noise. Plenty of area to walk your dogs on the back part of the property.
Call ahead if you need electricity, because those sites are limited.
Overall, I am glad I got to experience this park and I hope I can get back this way sometime!

We paid $50 for our stay. It included 2 people unlimited soaking in the public pools and a campsite. There was a community fire with music and hangs in the common area. The public soaking is protected with funky fencing and is no clothing allowed. You can call and reserve private pools. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We stayed during the week and the soaking tubs weren’t crowded. We had them to ourselves the majority of the time. Outdoor showers are available in the public soaking area. It’s a quirky spot with art and sculptures all around the park. It might not be for folks looking for all the bells and whistles of a spa, but if you like a chill hang check it out.

For the sake of keeping people always for this place I should leave a horrible review with one star just to keep this place hidden and hush hush but I can’t. This is an amazing little oasis. The 2 star overall review for this place is shocking. To clear up the deal with the water temp → There are two tubs in the community soaking area, those are the hottest. They aren’t scorching hot but they are very warm. Not like warm as others say. Then there is a stone soaking area in the public soak area and that is very warm to but not as warm as the single tubs. There are other soaking areas too that I didn’t go in.
This place is cute and you would never know it was here. Two outdoor showers one outdoor restroom and one indoor restroom by the public soaking area. The shower does get very warm after you let it run for a minute. You never had water pressure like this before. Blows your New York apartment water pressure out of the water (budum tis).
There are peacocks and peahens, ducks, a parrot, and a big fat pig. Yeah, there are flies but get over it.. are you a rv/van life camper or not? Suck it up. Yeah there is a chicken fam near by and sometimes the breeze carries it over but who cares. This place is a gold mine. I only came for the free fresh water to fill up my rv and ended up staying the night. Soaked from 1:30-6:30am. No complaints - Awesome people - Good energy.

As a senior I do not do public nude soaks so opted for the 2 private soaks as stated on their website. We arrived at 2pm. Took an hour soak in the evening. Went to take our second soak in the morning before departure, only to he told we had our one hour private soak. Explained what their web advertises. They said " we don't maintain the website...Google does...huh, since when?
The hot tub in the back was not hot...only luke warm. Left after 45 min as we were freezing. Went to take a hot shower ( since we couldn't soak without paying an additional $30. ) only to find NO hot water in the shower...cold only. Even colder than the hot tub. Sadly, we won't return. P.S. bad chicken smell as the chicken farm is close by and lots of flies.

Been twice, a few years ago and again Jan 2020. Funky but fun atmosphere, odd management, LOTS of flies, very noisy. I can put up with just about anything but this policy: if you wish to use the public tubs, you MUST do so nude. I'm a senior gal traveling alone, but being nude doesn't normally bother me, but on this last visit, there was a large old man who said he was local and a "regular" here, who was in the public pool area sporting a TON of jewelry piercings on his genitals, and talking incessantly about his sexual preferences, conquests and swinger life, continuing even after I said I wasn't interested in hearing about it. The rules said I HAD to be nude to use the pools with this guy or rent a private tub? REALLY? (Matt, you need to ban creepy people if you want this policy.) Also, fyi, the water is just warm, rarely over 90º (it is not hot). Next time I'd consider stopping for a quick warm soak and shower ($15 for an hour), but will stay nearby at Saddle Mountain BLM! :0)

We stayed here in our camper van Feb 2017. We enjoyed our stay. We had an electric site to plug in. We soaked in the public soak area and the sunset private soak pool area. The public soak area is "nudity required," so be prepared for that. There are peacocks that roam the property. That's fun! I think the price to camp with electric (for two people) was upper 40s, but don't exactly remember (that includes two soaks in a private tube and also the public soak area). There is a bathroom with a flush toilet. If the wind dies, there can be a lot of flies because there is a large industrial chicken farm nearby. We were lucky on our visit in that it was breezy during our stay, keeping the flies at bay. I thought it was a nice place. A bit quirky, but that made it more fun. We will definitely camp there again. You can tent camp also and there are some rooms that include private pools.
The place is a bit run down with finding a working electrical outlet at the campsites in the center court area hit and miss and some boards getting loose on walls, but I think this stuff makes it kinda fun and unique.
I returned recently and stayed at Katie's Corner (all the sites have names) and had to run my electric cord a bit of a ways till it reached a working outlet on a light post. It was a weekday so I had the place almost to myself. I am told it gets crowded on weekends and you would need reservations for that.
The guy that runs the place and his assistant were very friendly and welcoming. It's a really funky type place so be prepared for that and not something fancy and elegant.
PRO TIP: You get 2 hour long soaks included in one of the private soak pool with each camp day, so reserve a pool as soon as possible to increase your chance of getting the pool you want. All the pools are nice, in their own way. I toured each one and thought the Desert View pool had the best view. Another good one is the Pond Tub that has a fish pond next to it. But really all the tubs are nice in their unique ways. I didn't find a bad one at all.
See our attached blog post for photos from our stay.
