The park was not that full in late March during the week. My husband and I both worked streaming data on our phones on the days we were here. I got 8-12 Mb down usually and up ranged from 1.5-5.5 Mb on Verizon. I don't have my husband's numbers with ATT but they were higher than mine, and he used ATT fine for video calls. I noticed when I was walking that I got better signal down by the lake so perhaps sites closer to the site would have even stronger signal if that matters to you.

Clean and nice view of the lake. Sites can be small. Good site for quick overnight kept truck connected to 33’ trailer on site 21. Not much room for site but just right for nice walk and continue travels.
Must check in by 9pm, late arrivals not accepted.

If you park a camper here it will require blocks to level the camper and your camper will have to be short ! Probably a PopUp would be fine or short trailer ! Staff were very polite and my neighbors were regulars that were very friendly , they gave me a whole case of fire logs ! I was there from May 24th thru May 27th tent camping and it was Hot as Blue blazes "90's" but cool at night !! I took my 12 foot fishing boat and trailer which I had plenty of room to park at my site ! The boat ramp is great and piers are new aluminum !! I had a great time despite the heat !! I'm going back next year but I'll be in a camper for sure !

Stayed 4 nights from Jan 7-11 2021. Campground was less than half full, most people chose to stay in open area, but some were in the wooded loop. Our campsite, #5, was a relatively level gravel surface. We parked towards the back and needed 2 dump hoses to reach the sewer hole. Had we parked further forward, I don’t think we could have fit our TV in, at least in front of the trailer—maybe beside it?
Park is small and was quiet, though the lakeside day-use area and playground were being upgraded, so could attract lots of families in the summer.
Prices seemed like good value for a full hook-up, though we are newbies and haven’t much to compare them against.

Park ranger very helpful and if he could not answer a question they have camp hosts that are experts!

While the waterfront access is under construction, the wooded sites are pretty good. Will be nice when the water front opens again, but I didn't hear when they would be done. Only negative would be the multiple golf carts driving around "observing" you. Not sure if those were just other campers or if that was the host and park staff, but did feel like we were constantly under surveillance.

We received a call from the park about a week before our reservation to let us know of the construction going on and offered to cancel our site with no charge. I very much appreciated the focus on the customer. I was aware of the construction ahead of time and we were just looking for a place to camp for the weekend. This place was exactly what we were looking for. Site 45 was pretty long and for the most part level although there are some sites that were cramped and un-level. I just wish the fire ring was in a different location since it was in the rear of the site. The back row of camping is very dark - the road could probably use a street light or something for safety.
