That was really the worst part of our stay, aside from not being able to visit family we came to see. The park is clean, staff is friendly, many services available nearby. Nice little clubhouse with exercise room, computer room, table games, coffee/tea service, laundry. Big pond in the center of the park for fishing.

Nice comfortable park.
Pros: all concrete pads with full hookups, quiet, people are nice, lots of amenities, good value pricing, secure with access gate, onsite propane, quiet time after 10 pm, etc.
Cons: WiFi often really slow in the evenings when everyone is streaming, some trash around inside perimeter.

We stayed for a month at the Eastlake RV Resort while we were selling our house. Really enjoyed our experience there.
The park seems to be about half filled with working people. A lot of semi-skilled field hands that would leave in the morning and return in the evening. The others looked to be snowbirds or just temporary stays.
We were very surprised at how peaceful and quiet the park was. Everyone there seemed very respectful of the quiet hours. Only on the weekends would you even see people sitting outside much past 8PM.
The resort staff were on top of everything. Daily we would see staff cleaning, repairing, and just driving around on carts checking everything out. The place is in great shape and felt very safe.
There is a large gate at the entrance to the park. You get a code (and optional clicker) to open the gate as you come and go. A fence goes around most of the park. It is not 100% fenced but the unfenced areas are in the back. Beautiful oleanders line the perimeter as well.
There is an awesome pool and hot tub area! We used this several times. Clean and surrounded by really beautiful landscaping. The rec room was great with a pool table and shuffleboard table plus TVs, seating, and exercise equipment.
Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The showers were great. I used them daily as we have a small travel trailer and it's just more comfortable to have extra room. After my shower I always took advantage of the free coffee in the rec room. :)
The park is all concrete (no gravel) with back in and pull through sites. Very level and the aisles are spacious for pulling your rig through. There is a large lake that the sites revolve around. It's very pretty and you can fish in it.
There is a 24/7 laundry room which looked great too but we did not use it. There is also a dog wash area which was neat and they sell propane.
The park is located very close to the West Lake Houston Parkway area. That area is BOOMING and there are a lot of brand new shops and restaurants. There's a Kroger and HEB right there for easy shopping.
My only complaint is that I wish they had an off-leash dog area. They do not want dogs near the lake so the grassy areas are pretty limited unless you go on the "Dog Walk" path. This path really isn't a path at all. It's supposed to let you walk the outside perimeter of the park but I was unable to. Large brush blocked areas. Dog walk needs to be improved.
Overall this is a great resort in a great location.

They do not have signs posted nor do they mention it as you are paying $800 PLUS a month. The security entry at front is a fake , the fence ends within walking distance. They know it is an issue and sit back and collect instead of correcting it.
Do not stay here - the clean up from them not caring is thousands of dollars- they do not care about RVer's

Eastlake trailer park ( it's not a resort) isn't a bad place to stay if you don't mind paying close to a thousand dollars a month for a 20'x40' slab of concrete to park your trailer on, and you can look past the thefts that take place fairly often. Or the lack of maintenance that's done. Or the retribution that is rampant when making inquiries about the downward spiral of the condition of the property.
But, they reward their long term, on time rent paying "guests" with annual rent increases while they allow the property to degrade into exactly what you'd expect a third rate trailer park to be.
Of course my favorite was being thrown out of the park when asking why my rent keeps increasing when they allow people to live in cargo trailers, throw multiple bags of trash outside, leave cars sitting around on flat tires that appear to be abandoned, not tending to the grass, stop heating the pool, not fixing the gym equipment, or fire pits, allowing the same people to drive through the place at excessive speeds unencumbered while so many kids are here. Not to mention a young man being threatened with physical harm by a convicted felon in the "clubhouse" while in the company of his wife and young child.
Yes, these questions were asked of Steven Yates. The man in charge of Quality RV Resorts in Texas. His reply was delivered to me via of his underling Marty Halverson and his answer was "you're not happy here, you have to move".
So, after being a "guest" of Eastlake for two and a half years and paying them approximately twenty five thousand dollars I've moved into a sure enough RV resort at I-45 and Beltway 8.
