East Haven RV Park

We only stumbled across this park because our fifth wheel was getting some work done down the street at RV Force. We didn’t feel like traveling at the end of the day so we stayed one night in site 1. We drove through the entire park and it seemed like a decent little place with friendly snow birds. Our site was up front near the road but the noise didn’t bother us. Laura in the office was helpful too. We were informed the park recently sold and the new owners will be renaming the park and making improvements along with an increase in rates.

Price paid is the average for our four month stay including electricity charge. This place is wonderful! The staff is very friendly. Jack made sure we were always taken care of and even lent us a tarp for in front of our door. Best of all, it's QUIET here!! That may be different in one of the short term spots in front, but in the back - great! There is a mix of park models and RV sites. Everyone staying here was very nice. They have an activity every night ad most days. They welcomed us snow birds with open arms. The interior roads are a bit tight, especially making the turn in the back of the park. We had to go onto the grass to make that turn in the RV, but no sweat. The sites are spacious with enough room for awnings, slides, etc. No cable, but tons of over the air stations for you TV watchers. Location is right in the middle of everything. Tampa, St. Pete, Orlando all within about an hour's drive. So many nature places to hike and view wildlife. Circle B Bar Reserve (about 1/2 hour west) is a MUST for nature lovers. Internet is spotty at best. Once the place cleared out in early March, the performance was better. We will DEFINITELY be back - thanks for a GREAT winter!!!
