There is no charge. I can't say why someone would post the $15, unless they were referring to the annual charge for a state trust land pass.

You will need to pay for a pass which is good for a year. It's $15 plus one dollar if purchased online. Thus a 14 night stay is a buck a night plus change. Click on the website link and find instructions for getting the pass.
